"I'm a fighter always have been always will be. When I have a goal or a vision I'm ruthless, I do not rest until I have achieved a comfortable position. (I never back down as many adversaries can testify to). Nothing quite gets the adrenaline pumping like a challenge and a worthy opponent.

 

It took me a long time to learn to pick and choose my battles - many of my HNW friends and clients have the same hot headed attitude. With hindsight I should never have entertained half of the petty arguements that I did. People of absolutely zero significance have nothing better to do in their lives than stand and argue. They have nothing to lose they're not building an empire, they're not travelling the world, they're not being invited to business dinners - they're sitting at home wearing-the-life out of their computer keypads trolling you online.

 

HNWI and people of a higher social playing field need to learn how to ignore. It is the most powerful tool when dealing with people who are not of your level; just ignore. Your time is valuable, you have more important things to do than entertain people who hold ZERO impact on your life. You have everything to lose, your name , your credibility, your business, future success and future -business and the only thing a low-standing person has to loose is the $10 phone credit they just topped their old-school circa '99 mobile phone with."
