"It turns out club-owning isn't my forte; When you are invested so heavily into your business and you have created your vision, you've surpassed ROI and have produced a multimillion dollar product; what's next? - My greatest flaw is that over the years I grew to make personal friendships with my clients; (the HNW and royals who reserved tables every week in the club).
When I first started I was money-hungry to establish ROI; clients were walking ATM machines in my eyes - however over the years getting to know them (as people) and observing behaviour - watching them being fleeced by people who they genuinley believe are their 'friends/assistants/advisors' and whom they trust (people who behind their backs are milking them for comissions and prestige). The scenarios I witnessed are beyond belief! I utilise these years of observation to provide my TFC clients with the following advice;
"You're rich by birth or through success; Money is power, WHY would you take advice on what is 'cool' or what you should do, or where you should go, or what you should buy from people an 'entourage' with a combined IQ of a six year old child?. People who have stepped straight out of the village and who are now signing your credit card, driving your cars, hooking-up off the back of your table-drinks-bills, living in your home...
...some people are lonely, I understand that but no amout of loneliness should open you up to manipulation from people who cannot even gain a visa to enter into the western world. HNW need to realise that these people are parasites. Any real advisor/friend would not be encouraging the waste of ANY funds, they would scrutinise bills and demand the best possible prices.
A HNW or royal should be hunted by a business in order to generate long term relationships , steady income. A HNW or royal who is a regular client should pay LESS and have advisors who negociate discount and privileges as opposed to paying extortionate , inflated bills just because the advisor wants to embezzle a commission (or freebies) for themselves.
I watched how these parasites operate they attempt to alienate the royal or HNW from their real friends and family so that the individual is lulled into a false sense of security. If the royal or HNW is at home with family or socialising with friends of the same level ; bills will be shared or invitations and the parasite has no room to maneuver. (No money to hustle)
HNW need a wake up call to realise that this is not normal behaviour. Could you imagine Donald Trump or any other successful person or celebrity allowing themselves to be ripped off? NO! it is not 'cool' to be ripped off, to waste money to be charged for what you haven't consumed this is not 'cool' this is stupidity.
